The Labano Brut is the most balanced expression of the Valdobbiadene DOCG range.
In this version, the natural minerality of the Glera grape blends with a moderate sugar level, creating a wine that is both fresh and harmonious.
On the nose, it reveals notes of white peach, green apple and acacia flowers.
The palate is smooth, aromatic and lively, with a fine, persistent mousse.
Produced using the Charmat–Martinotti method, it undergoes 30 days of secondary fermentation at controlled temperature, followed by a short ageing period to enhance its delicate bouquet.
