The Daziér Brut is the dry expression of the Prosecco DOC Treviso line.
Despite its low residual sugar (9 g/l), it remains beautifully balanced, offering freshness, aromatic finesse and a pleasant texture.
Its bouquet features green apple, white peach and floral notes of rose and acacia, typical of the Treviso hillside vineyards.
Produced using the Charmat–Martinotti method, with a 30-day secondary fermentation at controlled temperature, it shows a fine and persistent mousse and clean, lively taste.
Serving suggestion: perfect as an aperitif, or paired with seafood, sushi and light appetizers.
