The Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Dry represents the pinnacle of Prosecco quality.
Within the 6000 hectares of the DOCG area, only 107 hectares make up the Cartizze Cru, blessed with a southern exposure, steep slopes and mineral-rich soil that ensures perfect drainage.
These conditions produce grapes rich in sugar and aromatic intensity, resulting in a wine of exceptional complexity and finesse.
The bouquet reveals notes of ripe fruit, acacia flowers and honey, while the palate offers a soft, rounded texture with a fine and persistent mousse.
Perfect balance between sweetness and freshness defines this Prosecco’s luxurious character.
Serving suggestion: excellent with fruit, light desserts or spicy dishes.
