The Giosuè Extra Dry Millesimato is dedicated to great-grandfather Giosuè, a tireless winegrower in Valdobbiadene.
This Prosecco Superiore represents the perfect harmony between sweetness, acidity and minerality, highlighting the expressive character of the Glera grape.
On the nose, it reveals an elegant aromatic complexity with floral notes of wildflowers and honey, combined with fruity tones of apple, pear and exotic fruit.
The palate is soft and lively, supported by a fine and persistent perlage that enhances its freshness and structure.
Produced using the Charmat–Martinotti method, with 30 days of controlled fermentation, it captures the authentic aroma and balance typical of the best Valdobbiadene wines.
