The Gelmo Extra Dry is the most beloved version of the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
Dedicated to Guglielmo – known as “Gelmo” – this wine celebrates family tradition and the art of winemaking in the hills of Valdobbiadene.
Its modest residual sugar (16 g/l) perfectly balances a lively acidity, highlighting floral and fruity aromas.
Expect notes of wisteria, ripe apple and white peach, wrapped in a fine, persistent perlage.
Produced using the Charmat–Martinotti method with a 30-day secondary fermentation under temperature control, this Prosecco maintains its bright freshness and natural aroma.
