The Bartolo Extra Brut Millesimato pays tribute to Bartolomeo Bortolomiol, documented in 1759 in Valdobbiadene.
This is the driest and most sophisticated expression of the Valdobbiadene DOCG range.
Made from Glera grapes, it delivers fine, persistent bubbles and aromas of citrus, green apple and flowers.
Despite its very low sugar content (3 g/l), the palate remains harmonious, fruity and refreshing.
Produced using the Charmat-Martinotti method with 60 days of secondary fermentation and a month of lees ageing, it embodies the art of Italian sparkling wine.
Serving suggestion: excellent as an aperitif or paired with seafood and light dishes.
